May 6, (THAINDIAN NEWS) After making rude comments on ESPN sportscaster and Dancing with The Stars candidate Erin Andrews, Elisabeth Hasselbeck has apologized to the lady. She lambasted the dress worn by Erin Andrews in the Dance reality show and also made a reference to a stalking episode that made headlines earlier. She indicated that the dress of Erin Andrews is a reason people try to stalk her which hurt the other lady deeply. Erin Andrews was secretly videotaped by a man in a hotel room. The incident created headlines and the man got arrested as well for his act. Elisabeth Hasselbeck sarcastically remarked that the man could avoid jail by waiting for Erin Andrews a few more weeks and could see her in the dance show where she appeared in revealing outfits. The incident took place on Tuesday.

As one can understand the vitriolic remark did not go down well with Erin Andrews. She did not hit back at her but chose to maintain her dignity. She said that it was disappointing that Elisabeth Hasselbeck referred to a painful chapter in her life. Elisabeth Hasselbeck later understood that she went too far while criticizing Erin Andrews. She talked with her little daughter who also felt her mother did the wrong thing. She told her mother to say sorry to Erin Andrews and she agreed.

Therefore on Wednesday she apologized to Erin Andrews publicly. She was almost teary when she appeared in the ABC show. This is an instance of celebrities crossing their limits when making comments about others and the repercussions they cause.
