October 31, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): Eddie Cibrian’s ex wife, Brandie Glanville, was arrested late Thursday night and was taken to the Beverly Hills Police Station. At first, the cops stopped her car and she was put through a question session. However, Brandie failed to pass the sobriety test, and reportedly was charged with driving under influence according to reports doing the rounds. Apparently, she was let off early next morning, with a bail of $ 5000.

Brandie had blamed her husband Eddie Cibrian’s affair with Le Ann Rimes to have ruined her marriage, and reports had been splashed across various tabloids.

Eddie Cibrian and Brandie Glanville, a makeup artist, had gotten married in May 2001, and have two sons, Mason and Jake. It was during the making of the Eddie Cibrian starrer ‘Northern Lights’ along with co star Le Ann Rimes, that Brandie had smelt something fishy between the two, and had gone on to give statements about how cheated she felt. But, Eddie, who felt that it was better to move on, which would be best in the interest of his children and all three of them too, had come out in the open with his affair with Le Ann, in August 2009. After filing for divorce, Eddie separated from his wife Brandie Glanville in September 2010, officially.

However, a ray of silver lining for the lady was seen as Shape magazine, which had featured Le-Ann on their cover of the October issue, had given a written apology to its readers, which stated that it had been a “terrible mistake.”
