May 25, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Julia Roberts, the original Pretty woman of Hollywood has been absent from the silver screen for quite a number of years. The ‘Erin Brokovich’ actress devoted the majority of her time to her family post marriage and motherhood which affected her career. However, the fans of the actress who miss her have reasons to rejoice as the academy award winning actress is going to set the screen ablaze with her performance in the upcoming film named ‘Eat, Pray, Love’. The trailer of the movie is now available in the Internet. The actress did appear in ‘Valentine’s Day’, a multi starrer flick release earlier this year, but this one is going to be a big budget film with she getting an author backed role. She has done justice to the role, as the director feels.

The actress recently was seen in the Oprah Winfrey show where she discussed about the upcoming movie and her experience of working in the movie. She mentioned how she liked her stay in India as a section of the film was shot in the country. She also revealed that her kids have liked the country very much during their stay last year. Her daughter has liked India so much that’s she has said she will stay there when she grows up.

The author of the book on which the upcoming film is based was overwhelmed when she saw the movie.

Elizabeth Gilbert said she felt mentally drained after the screening was over. The movie has been produced by ace Hollywood star Brad Pitt. The director of the movie is Ryan Murphy. It is slated for an August release.
