Early decision for Lindsay

August 24, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Christmas is coming early for Lohan this year! Rumor has it; Judge Elden Fox is going to issue a ruling on Tuesday afternoon that will shorten the term for Lindsay by 60 days. This ruling comes a day before the hearing on Lohan’s time on the rehab. The lawyers were hoping to cut down the rehab time by two third on Wednesday now it seems that their prayers have been answered.
Lindsay fans will be overjoyed if the star can get out of the UCLA Medical Center in 30 days rather than 90 days as previously planned. Judge Marsha Revel who presided over Lohan’s case had sentenced her to 90 days at the in-patient treatment. Since the sentence, the Judge has rescued herself because the D.A’s Office did not like the way she handled the case.
Doctors are of the opinion that Lohan is not suffering from ADHD or bipolar disorder, so the sentence does not hold water. Doctors further added that improperly prescribed Adderall was the reason behind Lohan’s erratic behavior. Earlier, the “Machete’ star was let out of the Lynwood’s century Regional Detention Center after 14days due to her good conduct at the premises, but the peanut gallery decided that she need a full stint at the rehab.
