E! to telecast ‘True Hollywood story of Amy Winehouse’

Hollywood, July 28 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Celebrity entertainment network E! has announced that they will rebroadcast the “E! True Hollywood Story” of late singer Amy Winehouse on Thursday to pay tribute to her. The 30-minute documentary about Winehouse was first aired on the 9th of February 2008.
The documentary will feature interviews with friends and staff of Winehouse. The British singer was found dead at her apartment on the 23rd of July. An autopsy on the body of the 27-year-old “did not establish a formal cause of death.” Officials have announced that they will carry out further toxicology tests on the body to determine the actual cause of death.
E! announced that the special documentary on Winehouse will also include interviews with the musical director of the hit track “Rehab” as well as Femi Temowo who worked previously as a guitarist for the singer.
E!’s announcement comes just a day after MTV re-aired a concert involving Winehouse. The concert was part of MTV’s “45th at Night” live series which took place at the Times Square studios of the network.
The concert was aired on the 27th of July and the network said it was meant to pay tribute to the late singer.
