DVD release of ‘Avatar’ a big experiment : James Cameron
April 27th, 2010 - 1:26 am ICT by IANSLondon, April 26 (IANS) Acclaimed filmmaker James Cameron believes release of “Avatar” on DVD is going to be “‘a big experiment” and “interesting” as it is one of the biggest sellers of 2010.
“I tell you what it’s going to be a big experiment. It’s going to be very interesting. We were just told we broke a one day record for the Blu-Ray. So we’re helping to sell Blu-Ray disc players and big TV sets so it’s all good, it’s all heading in the right direction,” femalefirst.co.uk quoted him as saying.
“Avatar” has already become the biggest grossing movie of all time during it’s cinema release, breaking the 2 billion dollar barrier.
