Dustin Hoffman to star in TV show
March 4th, 2010 - 2:32 am ICT by IANSLondon, March 4 (IANS) Hollywood actor Dustin Hoffman is all set to star in a new TV show.
The Oscar-winning actor has been cast in the pilot for drama “Luck”, in which he will play an “intelligent, intuitive, tough man” who has a long history with gambling, reports contactmusic.com.
It will be the first time the “Rainman” star will appear regularly in a television drama, although he did win an Emmy in 1986 for his performance in a TV version of the play “Death of a Salesman”.
Hoffman, 72, will star alongside John Ortiz and Dennis Farina in the show, which will be produced by David Milch.
