Drew Carey speaks about his weight loss

September 27, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): “The Price is Right’ host Drew Carey is barely recognizable these days, the guy has lot a ton of weight and looks fabulous. The former host of “Whose Line is It Anyway’ used to obese even a few months back but now he looks fitter than ever. Speaking about his new health plan Drew said that he did not want to die before the age of 50 so he decided to take things in his own hand and changed his lifestyle. Drew said that his father died at the age of 40 in a heart attack and he did not want to go that way.
The 52-year-old comedian used to be in the reserved armed forces in his 20s but gained a lot of weight soon after leaving the army. Nine years ago Drew was forced to undergo an angioplasty for a heart disease that was awake up call for the TV star. Recently he found himself unable to keep up with his 5-year-old son Connor. Therefore Drew started exercising daily and went on a diet plan. Drew’s initial target was to shed 92 pounds by October 31, 2010. So far the actor has shed 77 pounds which is a remarkable feat by any standards.
The TV-star recently said that he feels like he is in his 20s and his son no longer makes fun of his non-existent belly. We hope that Drew sticks to his new health routine and continues to entertain the masses for a long time to come.
