Drew Carey shocks all by losing 85 pounds

Los Angeles, Jan 4 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Drew Carey motivated himself to lose some weight. And he managed to shock all, by losing a whooping 85 pounds.
He spoke about what motivated him to work so hard to shed off about 85 pounds of his fat. To start with, he hated being fat. He said sometime that it sucks to be fat and that alone was enough motivation for him to do something about his weight.
That though was not the only motivation. Due to his not-so-ideal weight, he developed complications and had a Type-2 diabetes. That is also history now because without medication, the diabetes is gone. He is now a healthy person.
His new diet is very interesting. He only takes fruits for snacks and drinks only water. He has quit drinking tea, soda, coffee and any other thing that has the potential to add to the toxic level in his body. He now dines on grilled chicken and vegetables.
When it comes to working out, Carey takes it very seriously. He commits about 45 minutes of his exercise time to cardio exercises. He has set his sight on losing 90 pounds and it seems Carey has some 5 more pounds to lose.
