August 26, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Drew Barrymore has been a part of Hollywood since infancy and she has seen a lot of ups and downs in her exceptionally long career. Barrymore got in trouble with drugs and alcohol at an early age but now she is completely over it. In a recent interview, Barrymore said she hates it when “Bitchy” reporters bring up her past and keep probing her about it.

Talking to London Daily Standard as a part of the promotion for her new film “Going The Distance”, Barrymore said that the last interviewer was bitchy and kept bringing up her tumultuous youth. Drew explained that she has no problem talking about it but it really annoys her when reporters keep asking her the same questions over and over again. Drew was so angry that she literally felt like ripping the woman’s face off.

Barrymore thinks that the so-called past mistakes have been the biggest lessons of her life. Drew Barrymore thinks that these mistakes have helped her become a better and more responsible person. Drew further explained that she is proud to have learnt from her own mistakes and lived life on her own terms, but when a reporter keeps pushing her off the edge it becomes too hard to handle.
