Dr Oz Shares How to Recharge Your Body in Five Days

Oct 12 (THAINDIAN NEWS) In what he called his ‘Dr Oz Super Power Hour’, Dr Oz shared with his audience how they could recharge their body in five different ways, in only five days. For those who have lost their “zest for life”, their libido, or even their sense of taste and smell, Dr Oz had a few suggestions to help. After conducting a nationwide survey, he tacked the five top complaints of his fans.

For those who have noticed that their sense of taste has faded over time, Dr Oz suggests taking fifteen milligrams of Zinc each day. This should help with the sense of taste within a few weeks. Dr Oz recommends 600 milligrams of Alph-Lipoic Acid a day to help restore your sense of smell. Dr Oz points out that these two senses together can cause weight gain when they fade because you strive to satisfy that smell and taste.

If you are feeling tingling in your arms, hands, feet, fingertips and toes, taking 10 mcg of Vitamin B12 each day can help protect the nerves. This is especially needed for those who work on a keyboard daily, and such. For those who have noticed their skin becoming dull and dry, Dr Oz says to brew 6 tsp each of cinnamon and nutmeg into two cups of water. Use this as a body wash which will help give skin that glow again, and rejuvenate it.

Dr Oz also shared foods that are good for the libido, and foods which are bad for it. Garlic is good for libido as it contains a chemical which opens blood vessels to engorge important areas. Watermelon is also good for libido because of amino acids which perform the same task. Pears is another “good for libido” food. Saurkraut, edamame, and coffee are all bad for the sex drive.

For those who are having a hard time getting around, Dr Oz advises his viewers to use Arniflora Arnica Gel. Once the gel is applied, wrap the knee in an ace bandage to stabilize the knee while the gel soothes it. The same method can be used on other joints which are causing movement to be painful.
