Dr. Mehmet Oz Launches “Move It and Lose It” Program On “The Dr. Oz Show”

Jan 4, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Dr. Mehmet Oz of “The Dr. Oz Show” has promised his audience a complete weight loss program for 11 weeks and he named it as “Move It and Lose It” in 2011. Dr. Mehmet Oz introduced the diet of his newly launched program on his Monday’s show. Dr. Mehmet Oz said in the show that he would provide the participants tools to lose their weight and also give them different weight loss plan along with a personal trainer who would help them to shed their extra kilos. He has also partnered with Nike and Sharecare for his 11 weeks of weight loss plan.
The 11 weeks “Move It and Lose It” program would include health assessment, food logging, weight loss community, exercise and also setting the goal. He asked the participants to sign up on the Sharecare website give their basic information. Dr. Mehmet Oz said that when a participant registers himself, he would get a diet plan and the participant has to follow that to shed his extra pounds. Moreover, he would provide a pair of Nike shoes to every participant who signs up for the program.
Dr. Mehmet Oz told a reputed media source that he signed for “The Dr. Oz Show” because he wanted people to understand that they can easily fight against all kinds of heart diseases and avoid their chronic illnesses by maintaining a healthy lifestyle. He said that through this show, he wants to help people and support them, so that they get the right direction when they fight against all kinds of diseases. In the “Move It and Lose It” program, the Body Mass Index (BMI) of a participant will be calculated and he will be provided with a diet chart based on his BMI.
