Doppelganger Week On Facebook: Which Celebrity Do You Resemble?

Jan 30, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Facebook is bringing interesting memes from quite some time. Earlier in this moth, women were putting up their Bra Color in their status message in order to spread breast cancer awareness. A new meme has started this week where both men and women can have fun. It is called “Doppelganger Week” which is spreading like epidemic. It is a German word which literally means the double or look-alike of a living person. For having fun one has to update the photo of a celebrity which they were told they look like. It is even said that if you think you resemble more than one celebrity, you may change it every day.
Apart from being one of the most popular social networking sites, Facebook has become very popular for games. Some say they are mostly addicted to Facebook for its games rather than merely networking. Very recently the meme that has started are providing an additional interest for Facebook. The “Doppelganger Week” is expected to get as popular as the Bra Color status massage meme. It is going to be wish fulfilling week for many.
It is going to be fun as various celebrities are also using Facebook. Whose photographs are they going to put up? For all those who were never compared to a celebrity, they can use an application, “Face Double” which will provide them their celebrity look alike. It is not yet known who started this meme. According to reports, a person called Bob Patel is expected to have started this new game after his friends pointed out that he resembles Tom Selleck.
