Los Angeles, Nov 25 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The Dancing With the Stars 2009 Winner is the charismatic Donny Osmond. He is the 52 years old American musician, singer and entertainer. Donny Osmond performed with his professional partner Kym Johnson. The dance champion made everyone cheer and dance in the show by performing his magnificent dance moves.

Donny Osmond got 30 points in the final dance round and Carrie Ann Inaba’s said of Donny’s performance, “I can’t believe that’s the last dance we will see from you guys. You are artistry in motion.”

Mya wasn’t the crowd favorite at all, but she was named as the most natural dancer of the event by the judge, and Kelly got the third place in the show. Mya won second place and she got 28 points for the effort. Len Goodman’s said on Mya’s performance, “We have had our ups and downs but I have never doubted your talent. You are fantastic.”

It was a great season for Mya, as glass had shattered on her head earlier in the show, but she was so passionate about her participation in the show that she returned back from the hospital and didn’t even miss a performance in the show.

Donny win is also unique for the fact that, he is the oldest winner in the dance show history. Other past winners of this show are Kelly Monaco, Drew Lachey, Emmitt Smith, Apolo Anton Ohno, Helio Castroneves, Shawn Johnson, Brooke Burke, and Kristi Yamaguchi.
