458New York, May 8, (THAINDIAN NEWS) “Iron Man 2″ has already hit the theaters and both Robert Downey Jr. and Don Cheadle are flaunting their new Iron Man suits on the silver screen. We all know that Don Cheadle has stepped into Terence Howard’s shoes but many of the viewers aren’t aware of the fact that his role was improvised and didn’t get a script to work upon. That is exactly what the actor told the media when asked about his new role in the second iteration of the movie. That reminds of Jeff Bridges who made it a public declaration last year that the first part of the movie had its title role played by Robert Downey Jr. to be improvised.

Following the very same line Don Cheadle said that his role of Jim Rhodes was a new one to him and that the role didn’t form out of a linked in script like other characters. Reportedly, Sam Rockwell and Olivia Munn have also told about their role being improvised which makes “Iron Man 2″ more of an improvised star cast and less of a scripted one.

The actor said in an interview that in the midway of the movie it was kind of difficult for the actor to relate to his character and the rift that takes place between Tony Stark and Jim Rhodes. He said that at a certain point in time he felt everything was so unplanned because the storyline trace backs in a tricky way. At one point in time friends Tony Stark and Jim Rhodes turn out to be enemies fighting it over the iron man suit. However he said that it was fun there on the sets wearing out the new suit which according to him wasn’t elegant but kind of creepy. The actor said that it’s a different experience to walk around behind the monitor once you put on that suit.
