July 29, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Recently, the court has said that all the seven doctors involved in the healthcare of Michael Jackson will not be prosecuted over his demise. Officials in California decided on August 28 not to push charges as piece of investigations into his bereavement from heightened Propofol intoxication in the month of June in 2009.
Dr. Conrad Murray, who has pleaded not guilty to crime instinctive homicide charges was not amongst the seven who were cleared.
Brian Oxman, a lawyer for Joe Jackson, Michael’s father, said he was dissatisfied that the DEA or the Drug Enforcement Agency would cease to investigate any other doctors.
He was dissatisfied, since the excessive use of medical drugs to Jackson in his last few years, should have been brought in front of the masses.
Christine Gasparac, spokesperson for the Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement, exposed one of the seven doctors as being referred to the California Medical Board for having prescribed drugs to a pseudonym used by Michael; however the board refused to verify any additional details.
