July 7 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The news broke early this morning, much to the heartbreak of his fans; Dutch musician DJ Tiesto , born Tijis Michiel Verwest, was killed when his car flipped while traveling at around 95 miles an hour in a 55 mph zone.

According to “eyewitness accounts” DJ’s car crossed over the double lines several times before he hit a center lane divider and then his car began to flip. Toxicology reports were said to be underway in order to determine whether or not the 41 year old, who was born in January 17, 1969, had been under the influence. Because of severe head trauma, the casket will most likely be closed, according to the fake report, and memorial services had not yet been announced.

Just as fans were recovering from the shock of hearing that the beloved musician was gone, another surprise jolted them. DJ Tweeted the following, “It’s nice to read that people care about my life. Thank you for all the support. It’s good to be alive and get so much love from you xx”. Apparently, the reports of DJ’s demise were greatly exaggerated.

Tiesto appears to be the latest victim of celebrity death rumor. “I don’t know where these stories come from, but I’m very much alive and well and looking forward to the rest of my tour,” he says. Tiesto is due to play a concert in Victoria Park in London on July 30.

In another celebrity death hoax, ‘El Shaka Vega’ was shot down just hours after denouncing his own death in a public announcement after a similar story broke about him.
