In the days following his death, celebrity DJ Am’s friends have been publicly mourning his untimely demise. While the police still ponder over the intricacies of the probe, celebrity friends like Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Nicole Ritchie and a host of others took to their Twitter accounts in order to express their shock at the abrupt death of the talented man.

According to a TMZ.com report, a rep. for the New York City Medical Examiner’s Office has been disputing the reports of suicide being ruled out as an option in the spinner’s death. Ellen Borakove is said to have told the E! News that, “We have ruled nothing in and we have ruled nothing out. everything is still pending. Nothing has changed.”

The autopsy reports of Saturday did not help in shedding much light on the matter, leaving much to be figured out. Therefore, the investigators on the case are relaying heavily on the toxicology test reports to determine the cause of the death of DJ AM. The 36 year old DJ, whose real name is Adam Goldstein, was found dead in his New York city apartment by the cops on Friday, august 28.

The suicide angle was being highlighted prominently because of a recent break-up with his girlfriend Hayley Wood is said to have had a very degenerating effect on Goldstein. He was plummeted in to an abyss of depression following the break-up. Given his past history of drug abuse and one failed suicide attempt at the age of 24, it all painted a likely picture. However, until further investigation sheds some light, it cannot be verified right away.
