August 17th, 2010 - 5:25 pm ICT by Sampurn WireAugust 17, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): “Asylum”, the new video from Chicago based, multi-platinum selling band DISTURBED, has been officially released. The clip was directed by Roboshobo also known as Robert Schober.
He earlier has worked with bands like METALLICA, MASTODON and DEFTONES, to name a few and has also helmed the video for “Another Way To Die”, which happens to be the first ever single from DISTURBED’s new album, that is also called “Asylum”. The album would be available from 31st August onwards through Reprise Records.
DISTURBED is currently celebrating its 10th anniversary and has come out with a special gift for their fans. They are releasing a documentary that’s entitled “Decade of Disturbed”. Starting 26th August, exactly five days before the release of, “Asylum”, the documentary “Decade of Disturbed” will be shown in several movie theaters in and around 13 cities across the nation.
“Decade of Disturbed” will be also included with each and every purchase of the new album.
This is a 75-plus-minute film that’s directed by Rafa Alcantara of the Twentyfourcore Productions. The documentary frankly captures the band’s ten-year long history. It also includes several extensive behind-the-scenes footage and also some delightful never-before-seen scenes as well. DISTURBED front man David Draiman says that “Decade of Disturbed” tells the tale of the band from its formative years to its present stardom.
Wishing loads of luck to DISTURBED!!!
