Discovery Channel’s New Show ‘Motor City Motors’ Grabs Attention

motorDec.29, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Discovery channel’s brand new show, ‘Motor City Motors’ premiered on Monday and it witnessed brothers Dave and James Kaye, along with their father John, attempt to create a distinct vehicle within a period of five days. The first episode of the reality series was immensely enjoyed by all the viewers as it added a new flavor to automobile engineering.

The unique concept of the show managed to gather much attention as the Kaye brothers, of the bike shop Detroit Bros., magically transformed a 1926 Model T Gasser into an amazing looking drag racer, which kept the viewers glued to the television screens. Moreover, people watching the show surely got a taste of Monster Garage-type ambiance- as was expected with the Kaye brothers, who are known for making motorcycles with highly unique and innovative styles.

The much anticipated show has been produced by Thom Beers, who is known for creating another extremely popular show on Discovery Channel- ‘Deadliest Catch’. While talking about the show, Thom Beers added that the prime focus while making the program was to highlight the great talent that Detroit has to offer.

In the upcoming episodes of the new show, the viewers would witness vehicles undergo complete metamorphosis in the hands of the Kaye brothers. Within a span of a week, the talented duo, with the help of a crew, would change cars into highly innovative and imaginative vehicles, that is sure to keep the viewers returning to the TV screens.

The entire show has been shot at Southwest Detroit, with the filming commencing in the month of July and coming to an end around mid-December.
