‘Dirty Dancing’ tops Britain’s favourite film poll
May 15th, 2009 - 12:46 am ICT by IANSLondon, May 14 (IANS) Romantic film “Dirty Dancing” has topped a new online poll to find Britain’s favourite film.
The 1987 movie, starring Patrick Swayze and Jennifer Grey, beat “The Shawshank Redemption” and “Star Wars” to claim the number one spot in a survey carried out by the Cinema Advertising Association, reports contactmusic.com.
The top five was rounded off by “High School Musical” and “Lord Of The Rings” at the fourth and fifth spots respectively.
