Mumbai, May 2 (IANS) Director Nishikant Kamat, currently busy completing John Abraham- starrer “Force”, not only took time off to act in his director friend Prawal Raman’s “404″ on the never-filmed psychological disorder known as Bipolar Disorder, he also took time off to correct the climax of the movie.
“Nishikant has made suggestions to improve the climax of the film. And I gladly incorporated them. Nishi wanted me to remove two scenes, one featuring Satish Kaushik and the other featuring Nishikant himself. Cutting them gave a better flow to my film’s narration,” said Raman.
Interestingly, the two directors have a mutual understanding about correcting each other’s films on the editing table.
“I’ve seen and given suggestions for Nishikant Kamat’s ‘Dombivili Fast’ and ‘Mumbai Meri Jaan’. We share a mutual respect for one another’s work,” said Raman.
Now it remains to be seen how producer Vipul Shah will react to Raman’s suggestions during the editing of Kamat’s “Force”.
