Salt Lake City, Oct 7, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The investigation into the death of actor Gary Coleman who is best known for starring in the popular American sitcom “Diff’rent Strokes”, was closed on Wednesday after his death was ruled as an accident by officials. The decision to rule the death as an accident was supposedly taken by the Utah investigators after no evidence of any kind of foul play was found by the officials. The noted actor passed away from brain haemorrhage in the month of May this year after he fell at his house in Utah.
While talking to reporters about the case, Dennis Howard, the Salt Lake City police chief revealed that the autopsy that was conducted on Gary Coleman failed to give any indications that might point out that the “Diff’rent Strokes” star was a victim of foul play. The police official further went on to say that the 42-year-old actor died due to natural causes after sustaining the accidental fall at his home earlier this year. At the same time, Dennis Howard also noted that the decision that had been reached by the state medical examiner in the case had brought the police probe into the death to close while adding that the results of the autopsy were in synchrony with the evidences that were gathered from Gary Coleman’s home on May 26.
Gary Coleman shot to stardom after the sitcom “Diff’rent Strokes” made its debut on NBC network in the year 1978 and soon became a rage. For the following eight seasons of the series, the actor won wide acclaim for portraying the much-loved character of Arnold Jackson in the show.
