Dheeraj Dhoopar now in Behenein

August 24, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Dheeraj Dhoopar, the actor who came to the limelight with the show Maat Pitaah Ke Charnon Mein Swarg on Colors, will now be seen entering Star Plus’ Behenein as the fourth lead.
Dheeraj was actually finalized to play the lead male role in Sony and Sagar Arts’ forthcoming show Vrat Kathayein. However, as per the latest update, it has been revealed that this show has been postponed by a period of three months. It has also come to be known, that Dheeraj has, in fact, gotten out of the contract for the aforementioned show on Sony and has commenced to shoot for Behenein instead.
According to a source, the guy Dheeraj will be playing the role right opposite to Anokhi (aka Ojaswi Oberoi). His character is called Bhavesh Patil, a very fun loving, amiable and enticing character, who likes to flirt. He later comes across Anokhi and starts to like her on the very first meet. Bhavesh is shown to own an event management company and is a guy with loads of cash.
Dheeraj was contacted about the show and he has confirmed his entry in the show. He says that his character is that of an extremely updated and stylish person and that he’s looking forward to it.
