Los Angeles, Apr 27 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Michael C. Hall’s wife – Jennifer Carpenter recently announced to the media that her husband ‘Dexter’ has won his battle against cancer successfully. He was suffering from Hodgkin’s lymphoma, which is a cancer that attacks the lymph nodes. Michael had also informed the media in January about his illness. His announcement to the public and the media in January, was said to be ‘incredibly brave’ by his wife.

Currently the doctors who are treating the Golden Globe Award winner Michael are very pleased with the way, his body is responding to the medication. They also said that his cancer has gone into remission. Jennifer also said that her husband has ‘fully recovered’ from cancer and is also back at work. Since he is an actor, so he has chosen his medication and treatment facility, also near his place of work – Los Angeles.

The season 4 finale of Dexter was shown in December 2009, and the show was packed with twists and turns, as Dexter’s wife Rita was killed in the finale. Dexter had wanted to send Rita and his son to a safe place for their own safety, but it was not to be. It was a very sad ending for the season 4, and the next season promises to be filled with more horror and twists and turns.
