Fans of Desperate Housewives should expect a sizzling surprise in the latest season with Eva Longoria and Teri Hatcher locking their lips in a steamy onscreen kiss. The new season starts on Channel 4 in March and shows Gabrielle Solis and Susan Mayer, characters played by Longoria and Hatcher, getting romantic. While the rest of the episode is closely guarded Teri, 44, said it is Gabrielle who kisses Susan.

Teri said in an interview, “I did not kiss her. She kissed me. We had fun.” And Eva replied, “Well, I’m a great kisser.” Longoria added that Teri’s character, Susan, was not supposed to kiss her back so she stood there while Gabrielle went on kissing her.

Nicollette Sheridan playing Edie Britt will appear for the last time on the show in this new season. A regular on the show for five years, her character will be reportedly killed on the show at the end of the season. On her leaving the show, Teri said, “I haven’t said goodbye yet. She is still working.”

Eva and another Housewife Marcia Cross were seen attending Felicity Huffman’s new film Phoebe in Wonderland in Beverley Hills. Dana Delaney who plays Katherine Mayfair on Desperate Housewives was also an attendee at the screening of the film that stars besides Felicity Huffman, Bill Pullman and Patricia Clarkson. Felicity plays Lynnette Scavo, Wisteria Lane’s hysterical mother in Desperate Housewives. With such sizzling chemistry on the sets, it was small surprise that the stars of the hit show would turn up to support Felicity at the screening of her new film.
