June 22, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): Desiree Fontaine functions as WTNH Traffic Reporter in New Haven. She had been detained on Saturday by the police officers and was indicted with shoplifting. Desiree had purportedly endeavored to filch commodities, the worth of which was slightly above 100 dollars. She was in the Seas store in Milford Mall on Saturday when the shoplifting had allegedly been attempted.

After her detention, she was subsequently freed by the police. She has, however, been indicted with sixth-degree robbery. She is listed to come into view in the courthouse on July 7. No observations have been emitted by WTNH or by Desiree Fontaine for the time being. Prior to her detention, Fontaine had been extremely energetic on Twitter, the well-liked social networking site. However, her Twitter account has not been renewed since her detention. Whether she was involved in shoplifting or not, Fontaine has entered the catalog of celebrities suspected of shoplifting.

Her profile on the WTNH website has divulged that she happens to be the morning traffic correspondent for Good Morning Connecticut. She is also the anchorwoman of Connecticut Style. She has remained with the station since September in 2007 and has functioned in Washington DC, Baltimore and Pennsylvania.

Her admirers will eagerly wait for Fontaine to come up with a declaration of her own in order to defend herself.
