Designer Saunders shuns sexy designs
December 4th, 2011 - 2:12 am ICT by IANSLondon, Dec 4 (IANS) Scottish fashion designer Jonathan Saunders doesn’t want his creations to be very sexy and would rather like to evolve his brand.
“There are elements that I hope are always there in my work: the use of colour and pattern; an easiness to the shapes; an innovativeness; a femininity without being sexy-sexy. But the brand is evolving, definitely. I’m an ambitious person and I’d love to create a global brand,” femalefirst.co.uk. quoted Saunders as saying.
“I feel to become an international brand you to have a trans-seasonal feel. You can’t just approach it according to season,” he added.
