Denzel Washington uses boxing to relax
February 8th, 2012 - 8:02 am ICT by IANSLos Angeles, Feb 8 (IANS) Denzel Washington has revealed how boxing helps him fight off the stress of being an actor.
The 57-year-old says his love for remaining fit through fight training has given him the discipline needed not to take his work home with him.
“I know how to relax. That’s something they teach you in boxing. When I finish work, I take off my costume and go home and I am home,” contactmusic.com quoted Washington as saying.
