Los Angeles, Jun 17 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Dennis Hopper’s 7 year old daughter Galen is caught in a bitter battle in her father’s estate. It ought to be mentioned that Dennis Hooper had died last month after losing his battle to cancer. His last wish was to get a divorce from his wife Victoria Duffy, but he died without completing his last wish.

Prior to his death, the court had ruled that he ought to pay $12,000 per month to his wife and child for support. Apart from that his wife and daughter were also allowed to live in the family compound in Venice.

Since Dennis Hopper died before he was granted divorce, so the estate battle is in the throes of confusion and what ought to be granted to whom and how much.

The trustees of Dennis’ estate are doing their best to oust Victoria and Galen from Dennis property. But Victoria is not interested in shifting from there, as she claims that she is the lawful wife of the late actor.
