Denise Van Outen gives Vanilla Ice a waxing to raise money for charity
March 11th, 2011 - 5:39 pm ICT by ANILondon, Mar 11 (ANI): Actress Denise Van Outen was seen giving rapper Vanilla Ice a waxing to raise money for Red Nose Day.
Van Outen, 36, got busy with the wax strips as Vanilla Ice, 43, real name Robert Matthew Van Winkle, laying grimacing on the table as the former ripped a wax strip gleefully from his leg.
The actress also practised her waxing skills on Pineapple Dance Studios star Andrew Stone in preparation for her Clash of the Comics campaign.
Comedians Jimmy Carr, Stephen Fry, Frank Skinner and Al Murray face the indignity of having their legs waxed in front of their peers and the public on BBC1 if they lose the Walkers competition.
However, the comedian who raises the most money in sales of their own limited edition crisps, with flavours Jimmy Con Carrne, Stephen Fry Up, Frank Roast Dinner and Steak and Al Pie, will escape the torment.
Asked who she would most like to de-hair in the challenge, Van Outen named Carr.
“Frank’s legs look like they’ve been waxed already and I don’t reckon Al has much hair either, given the baldness of his head. I’m hoping to get my hands on Jimmy!” the Daily Mail quoted her as saying.
The winner of the Clash of the Comics will be announced on March 18. (ANI)
