Denise Borino-Quinn dies an untimely death at the age of 46 years
November 1st, 2010 - 11:08 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattNov 1 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Denise Borino-Quinn has lost her battle against liver cancer. The Sopranos actress died at the age of 46 years. Her sudden death has undoubtedly come as a shock to many people.
Borino landed her role in Sopranos by accident. She found herself with the role after accompanying a friend to the screening to support. She landed the role of Johnny Sac’s “Rubanesque” wife on the series and she was famous on the series for always cooking. The fact that she had no prior experience in acting made her success on the Soprano very shocking.
She was doing other jobs aside acting, which she did part time. She was working with a law firm and was also a manicurist. She got the chance to star in the Sopranos in 2000. Sopranos did run from 1999 to 2007 when the show ended.
Borino’s death follows that of her husband earlier on. Her husband died some months back and the family now has to deal with another loss. All the best of wishes to the family as they seek to overcome the tragedy.
There were no words on the funeral arrangements.
