Nov 4, (THAINDIAN NEWS) When “camp Rock” star Demi Lovato left the Jonas Brothers tour, her representative said that she was taking a break from her work and entering rehab in order to seek medical treatment for “emotional and physical” issues. However, the media has been speculating about the reason for her emotional turmoil. Some gossip portals are of the opinion that the 18 year old singer had problems with Joe Jonas’ girlfriend Ashley Greene and some other sites reported that Demi Lovato had a fight with one of the dancers of her troupe. However, recently media outlets have reported that Demi Lovato’s father Patrick Lovato said that his daughter could not handle the pressure of entertainment industry.

Previously, Demi Lovato’s publicist said that the singer has decided to take responsibility of all that happened in her life and hence he needs medical help to cope up with everything. However, her father told that there are lot of “pressures” in her life his daughter could not handle the glamor, glitz, ups and downs of the entertainment industry. He said that he was worried about Demi Lovato when she first signed with Disney. In the end, he said that music in her “genes” and that’s why she chose to pursue her dreams. Her parents also thanked her fans for their kindness and support.

Demi Lovato’s “Camp Rock” co-star Meaghan Martin said that she is proud of “Don’t Forget” singer and she knows her friend is doing the right thing. Meaghan Martin said that she feels its “awesome” that Demi Lovato did it despite the “press” she might get. She also added that just watching her friend go through this phase in life is itself a “lesson” for her. Demi Lovato’s representative previously said that the singer had faced bullying while she was in school and she also had eating disorders and “struggled with cutting”.
