Demi Lovato Gets Herself A New Home!

November 13, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): Life might be a rocking one for our Disney star but it’s celebration time for Demi Lovato as she is the proud owner of a home which she can call her own. Her home is estimated to be worth around $2,250,000. Demi has bought the property near Sherman Oaks which has an area of 4,053 sq ft. Reports are doing the rounds that Demi was staying in a cottage adjacent to the main property as she decided to get treated in a rehab.
The house comprises of 4 bedrooms and 4.5 washrooms with a huge living room .The entire house is done up with wood and also has a fireplace to beat the chilin weather. The dining room provides a picturesque view of the fountain and a courtyard and it has lovely windows.
That’s not all! The house also has a well stocked bar that is designed on a 1970’s wet bar, a entertainment zone, sauna, a laundry and an office and also a barbecue for the foodie. There is a pool which also provides a glimpse of the waterfalls and a spa which is on the rear side .The beautiful San Feranando valley and Sherman Oaks are visible from the property . Demi is surely going to have a great time staying here and it will surely give her some space far away from the madding crowd.
