Dee Dee Warwick dies at age 63 in NJ

Dee Dee Warwick, a 63 year-old soul singer has died Saturday, October 18 in New Jersey
Warwick’s family spokesman, Kevin Sasaki said she died at a nursing home in Essex County, New Jersey after she had been suffering from illness a few months before she passed away.
Warwick won recognition for both her solo work and her performances with her older sister Dionne Warwick, she walked into a street of music because she was born to musical family, Warwick was the niece of gospel singer Cissy Houston and a cousin of pop star Whitney Houston. She began singing with her older sister in the late 1950s.
Warwick’s best-known R&B and soul hits in the 1960s and 70s, including “Foolish Fool,” ”She Didn’t Know (She Kept on Talking)” and a version of “I’m Gonna Make You Love Me”. She is also a two time Grammy nominee for “Foolish Fool” and “She Didn’t Know”.
