281x2112June 25, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The Syfy original movies based on super-sized monsters may be panned by the critics at times but they have their takers as well. The latest industry report suggests that in the upcoming Syfy original movie “Mega Python vs. Gatoroid” the pop stars of the 1980s Tiffany and Deborah Gibson will act together. It is going to be produced by Asylum, the same studio which made the monster sci- fi flick “Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus” earlier. Incidentally, Deborah Gibson was also a part of that movie. On the other hand, Tiffany had acted previously in another Asylum movie named “Mega Piranha”. However, this is the first time both the stars will be seen together. This will surely be a treat for all their fans.

In the upcoming movie “Mega Python vs. Gatoroid,” Deborah Gibson essays the role of an animal rights activist. She frees exotic snakes into nature and they grow to bigger sizes. Tiffany saves endangered crocodiles and she is a park ranger in the film. They reportedly have a brawl scene in this movie. Tiffany approached the network to include her and Deborah Gibson in the same movie. They were never really at loggerheads in their early career but a section of the media portrayed them that way.

The shooting for the new Syfy film named “Mega Python vs. Gatoroid” will start soon. Both the stars are in their late 30s now. Like all Syfy original movies, this one too will have lots of special effects. The release date of the movie is yet to be announced. The Syfy officials are also upbeat about the movie.
