July 2, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Reality TV star Dean McDermott has landed in the hospital after a bike crash on Tuesday. The reality star was out with his pals on dirt bikes when the accident occurred. He was admitted to a Los Angeles hospital. As per reports, he is suffering from a punctured and collapsed lung and is in the ICU.

Dean McDermott is the husband of reality star Tori Spelling of ‘90210′ fame. He and his wife appear on the reality series ‘Tori and Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood’. The 43 year old father of two was also admitted to the hospital earlier this year for injuring his shoulder in a dirt bike accident. He had promised not to bike again at that time but as reports suggest, the promise was broken and he paid the price as well. Tori Spelling recounted her side of the story to the media.

She said that his friend called her and said that he was admitted to the ER, he had however not mentioned the intensity of the crash and said that he was getting X-Rays done. As she reached the hospital, she said that her biggest fears seemed to have come true. Dean McDermott has reportedly apologized to Tori Spelling and promised never to go dirt biking again.

The 43 year old reality star and Tori Spelling have two children together aged 2 and 3. In ‘Tori and Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood’, the couple is shown juggling between the kids and their careers. The accident has left Tori Spelling extremely furious according to reports as they had a fight earlier regarding the same issue. Dean McDermott tweeted his thanks for the well wishes and said that he will take time to recover.
