Seattle, Feb 20, (THAINDIAN NEWS) It appears that Phil Harris’ family is experiencing a tough situation these days. According to the reports, the family, which had recently lost the captain of the reality series “Deadliest Catch” must have been really disturbed as Phil Harris’ son, Jake Harris, was arrested on a drunken driving case.

The reports indicate that Washington state trooper had arrested Jake Harris on Thursday night from Seattle. Trooper Dan McDonald said that someone had called 911 and reported State Patrol that a BMW was driving erratically on Interstate 5. The reports made them rush to the spot and find the culprit. It has been reported that the troopers arrested Jake Harris as the description of his car was found similar with the vehicle that was involved in the erratic driving complain.

As stated in the reports, even though he was arrested for a DUI investigation, the charges are pending till the last available report. Though Jake Harris is not yet booked on DUI charges, the officers have suspended his driving license so that he cannot drive till they complete the investigation of the case.

The officers have not yet provided any indication whether he was actually involved in the incident. Neither Jake Harris nor his family members have provided any details about the incident. A spokesperson of the family reported that Jake Harris was imprisoned in the King County Jail. The spokesperson insisted that he was not driving under the influence of alcohol and had not crashed with any other vehicle. Yet, some reports indicated that he was driving with a suspended license and might have to face legal consequences.
