Days after losing baby, Lily Allen hospitalised again
November 7th, 2010 - 4:17 pm ICT by ANIWashington, Nov 7(ANI): Just days after announcing she suffered a miscarriage, Lily Allen has been hospitalized with a blood poisoning condition known as septicaemia.
“The singer is currently responding well to treatment and her condition continues to improve,” Usmagazine quoted her rep as saying.
“Lily thanks everyone for their messages of support and again asks that she and partner Sam Cooper be left alone whilst she recovers,” the rep added.
The condition in question is a bacterial infection of the blood, and left untreated, could result into septic shock. (ANI)
