Representatives of the former ‘Friends’ star confirmed that he is about to welcome a new member in his family with wife Zoe Buckman. The recently married star is set to be a first time father in the late spring of 2011. Reportedly, David Schwimmer’ s spokesman informed that the 44-year-old star and his new British photographer wife seem to be extremely excited and ” couldn’t be more thrilled” after receiving the news. Sources informed Zoe Buckman is 4-5 months pregnant.

Whilst digging the past, somewhere around in 2006, the ‘Friends’ star was quizzed about a wish to become dad. There he conveyed his wish that ” I think it’ s gonna have to wait until I settle down and have a family”. The handsome star also added “It will happen when it feels right. May be part of me is waiting for myself to slow down a little and be ready to stay put. I’m confident it’s gonna happen.” Seems that David Schwimmer is all set to extend his family.

The American actor who has moved towards film directing first met his fascinating ’shutter- bug’ better half in the year 2007 when he was in London to film the Simon Pegg comedy ‘Run Fatboy Run’. Ad interim, David Schwimmer’s now-wife was waitressing at the Cuckoo Club in the West End. Sources conveyed shortly afterwards when their relationship started reaching to a new height, she packed to Los Angeles in order share her life with the star. The couple took the soul responsibility in announcing their engagement in March. Officially the media frenzy duo tied the knots in June, this year in a private ceremony.
