Oct 3, (THAINDIAN NEWS) David Letterman, the renowned talk show host spurned out a startling revelation as he vehemently spoke about his affairs with his fellow staffers and his role as a victim of an alleged extortion plot that was set up by a CBS producer (according to Letterman). This revelation from the veteran host sparked a fair amount of speculations and controversy dealing with hypocridsy and sex in the workplace.

The CBS talk show host admitted that he had “sexual liaisons” with the female staffs of the office at the time he was in a live-in relation with his now-wife, Regina Lasko. “I have had sex with women who work on this show. Would it be embarrassing if it were public? Perhaps it would,” said Letterman on Thursday while admitting alleged involvement with his fellow co-workers. Letterman also revealed that a CBS producer asked him to pay $2 million dollars in order to keep his affairs locked in the closet. The confession of 62 year old Letterman dragged a prolonged discussion about sex in the work place and hypocrisy.

Letterman is now facing some sort of public outrage who believe that the veteran talk show host’s behavior has been intolerable in recent times; especially Lettrman’s continuous criticism of former GOP vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin. “There is irony here. It’s hard not to have a smidge of a schadenfreude for somebody who’s shown contempt of women in public, in his monologues continuously and repeatedly, especially over the campaign and how he has treated Sarah Palin and her family,” said Michelle Malkin on a Fox News morning show.

It is yet unknown about how many women Letterman had relationships with.
