Los Angeles, Sep 3 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Paris Hilton is in the limelight once again and this time it is not for good reasons. She’s now the target for various verbal attacks after she was caught by Las Vegas police in the possession of cocaine. David Letterman made fun of her on his show.

Letterman said Hilton couldn’t have been any worse after all the problems she has been into and he was clearly talking about her jail sentence of three years ago. It ought to be mentioned that Hilton claimed recently that she had no idea about the cocaine in her purse and thought it was a pack of chewing gum. This statement didn’t go down well with Letterman, as he thinks the actress is an idiot and her excuse is silly.

Hilton was arrested with her lover Cy Waits in Vegas last Friday, by the police according to Radaronline.com. The police said Waits was driving while drunk and after their car was pulled over, cocaine was found in the socialite’s purse when a search was conducted.

This isn’t the first time Hilton has been in trouble with the law in relation to drugs, she was arrested at the summer world cup in South Africa and charged with marijuana possession but she was cleared of the charges later.
