David Hasselhoff is the next celebrity to be roasted by Comedy Central

Los Angeles, July 22 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Comedy Central is set to showcase David Hasselhoff as the next celebrity who is going to be roasted according to reports on Wednesday by the cable network.
The Baywatch and Knight Rider hunk said he feels honored to be the guest on Comedy Central and he said he’s always been thrilled by comedy and laughter on Comedy Central.
Fifty-seven year old David Hasselhoff who doubles as a musician and actor will be the next name in the list of celebrities who have been roasted including Joan Rivers, Larry the Cable Guy and Pamela Anderson, who has also acted together with Hasselhoff in the past. David Hasselhoff time on Comedy Central will be shot this summer at Los Angeles and shown on TV on the 15 August.
“I’m honored that Comedy Central is going to get ‘Hoff’ on me. I have always been a major fan of roasts, dating back to the days of the Dean Martin Celebrity Roasts. Laughter is the best medicine. Bring it on! I’m ready to take the heat,” according to David Hasselhoff.
Senior vice president of specials and talent for Comedy Central, Elizabeth Porter said she believed in the power of David Hasselhoff to provide entertainment for audiences worldwide.
