The latest storm surrounding the David Carradine death controversy is that the Thai Rath newspaper might be leaking the actor’s autopsy report. It is reported that the newspaper has possession of photographs of the body of the actor during the autopsy procedure. It shows the nude body of Carradine laid out on the coroner’s table, as reported by the Radaronline.

The Carradine family had hired Dr. Michael Baden to conduct the autopsy. Baden is a forensic pathologist and a former chief medical examiner of New York City. He appears on the HBO show “Autopsy”. He has released the result of the autopsy and said that the death was not a suicide. However, the actual cause can only be arrived at by the cooperation of the Thai police.

Baden released the following statement to the Thai Associated Press through Robert and Keith Carradine, “To reach a final determination as to the cause and manner of death we must wait for further information from Thailand, as to the scene findings and the completion of the crime laboratory and toxicology studies that are still being performed”.

Carradine’s death photos were released by the Thai Rath tabloid last week, creating quite a stir amidst his family members. Carradine’s brothers Keith and Robert Carradine issued statements through their attorney Mark Geragos that if the photos appeared in any US press, the Carradine family will take legal action.

The actor died in the first week of June. His dead body was found in a hotel in Bangkok. The photos that were leaked by the Thai Rath shows the Actor, completely nude, with his hands tied and hanging from the support bar of a closet. The photograph was darkened in parts, in an attempt to conceal the explicative details.
