July 23, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): David Boreanaz is no stranger to scandals. This time though he seems to be in for trouble, an unknown actress has sued him for harassing her sexually. The married actor had, however, admitted to having an affair with an unnamed actress and said that he was being extorted. The actress has been now identified as Kristina Hagan, an extra working in the show. Boreanaz had apparently misbehaved with her and said that he could offer her a role in his current TV show. This was reported by the CNN.

The sexual harassment suit has been filed in Los Angeles on the 22nd of July. Gloria Allred, the reputed attorney is expected to handle Boreanaz’s case. She was also the one who filed the case on behalf of the actress. It was not evident initially whether the woman suing David Boreanaz was the same as his so called mistress.

David Boreanaz is currently playing the role of Special Agent Seeley Booth in the Fox show ‘Bones’.

The tabloids which carry many such stories also did one on Rachel Uchitel and David Boreanaz having an affair. Rachel has been in the news since then as Tiger Wood’s mistress.

David admits to his various infidelities but insists that he and his wife Jamie Bergman are trying to make the marriage work. He expressed these sentiments to the People Magazine in May this year.

The creator of the show, Bones, Hart Hanson read out Boreanaz’s message to his fans which said that he was sincerely pained for the ordeal and expressed his gratitude for their support.
