David Beckham may be going bald
August 23rd, 2011 - 8:20 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattMalibu, Calif., Aug 23 (THAINDIAN NEWS) British soccer star David Beckham’s latest picture hints that the 36-year-old may be going bald. The star is the husband of former Posh singer Victoria Beckham.
Beckham was photographed holding his six-week-old daughter Harper at a restaurant in New York. The picture did not portray a good picture of the footballer who is often known for his good looks. Beckham has gone out with several hair styles in the past including pony, cornrow and low cuts.
Beckham admitted recently that he is gradually losing his hair so his new look seemed to confirm suggestion that he is indeed going bald. That though is not what celebrated Hollywood hair stylist Karine Jackson sees.
She told the British newspaper Daily Mail that, “As a woman I love to look at David Beckham’s hair and I was a bit shocked to see this. Certainly, he has been thinning over the last ten years… Indeed, a particular bald patch is very rare in male pattern baldness so it could be a trick of the light. Alternatively, it could be a temporary loss caused by, for example, bruising from a football match.”
Beckham has four children with Victoria – 12-year-old Brooklyn, 8-year-old Romeo, 6-year-old Cruz and Harper who happens to be the only girl among the children.
