“Dasvidaniya” derives from a Russian word for ‘goodbye’. The film released on 14 November,2008. Although the movie was inspired by hollywood movies such as My Life Without Me and The Bucket List.

The movie is about shy and a quiet Amar Kaul who lived a life with people where his existence was non-existent to people around him. Eventually, one day his doctor tells him that he will die within three months. Amar then realizes that has a limited quality on time and starts preparing a lists on his wants in his life and sets out to them. Amar is symbolic of all these people who have always wanted to do things but kept them on hold.
