Danielle Staub Files Report Against Daniel Aguilar

July 20, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Danielle Staub on Monday reportedly went to the Township police department to complain about Daniel Aguilar, a man whom she described as a co-defendant from a case that happened almost 30 years ago. The star went to file a complaint after she received multiple calls from the person on Sunday in which he repeatedly asked her to shell out money that she owes to him allegedly. In her filings at the Township police department, Danielle Staub has mentioned that she owes nothing to Daniel Aguilar. Danielle Staub did not respond to calls made by media sources.
In the statement that Danielle Staub had provided to the police she had answered the phone calls made by Daniel Aguilar once and that she was able to recognize it at the very first instance. She said that she received around 50 calls throughout Sunday and alleged that Daniel Aguilar has said that he would not stop calling until he receives the alleged owed money from Danielle Staub. However, as per reports on Monday media sources reported that detective David Collins had asked Daniel Aguilar to stop calling the actress and make further contacts with her only through her attorney.
However, Daniel Aguilar on his part mentioned to media sources on Monday that his intention was in no way to harass the actress or kill her but to get his money back from the actress. He said that it is for his money that the actress was able to come out of the trouble that they were both in back in 1986.
