Daniel Radcliffe: The Kiss With Emma Was “Good” And “Vigorous”

The onscreen kiss has generated a lot of buzz both in the media and among the audience. And as usual the paparazzi has gone ahead and created a lot of stories. Radcliffe remarked, “I’ve just been getting into so much trouble with Emma about this, because apparently I said in an interview that she was like an animal. I thought it was going to be a kind of a slow, sensual thing, and Emma really went for it.”

This passionately ‘wild’ kiss takes place a little while later in the film, when Ron (Rupert Grint) is in the midst of fighting off a darkly magical Horcruxes that manifests hallucinations of his greatest fears — one being the prospect of Harry (Radcliffe) and Hermione (Watson) making out. Ron watches in horror as his two pals, naked and covered in silver glitter, swap a whole lot of spit. Speaking about the kiss Radcliffe confessed, “It was kind of weird. It is a bit like kissing your sister. I’m not complaining! It was good. It was vigorous.”
