Jan 27, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Do you remember Daniel Franco who appeared on season 1 and season 2 of “Project Runway?” The guy was sent out in the first episode but made a comeback in the second season. The multi-talented 38-year-old was seen in the “American Idol” audition of Los Angeles.

His cameo in the audition impressed the audience. “American Idol” fans were moved by Daniel Franco’s performance and his sense of humor on Tuesday night’s episode on January 26. A host of people tried to imitate the controversial Adam Lambert, who was one of the most popular participants during the eighth season of “American Idol.” People wanted to sing like him. However, they only ended up copying his style. Lots of people were seen in the audition who were dressed up like him with eye liner, spiky hair and leather attire. However, no one could copy his talents except Daniel Franco.

He told he looks very similar to Adam Lambert and Susan Boyle. He said, “If Adam Lambert and Susan Boyle had sex, which is pretty far fetched, I’d be it, pretty much.” Apart from Daniel Franco, Adam Lambert wannable also included Cassidy Haley.

The Los Angeles performance was truly entertaining and saw 22 contestants out of thousands of hopefuls getting golden tickets. Daniel Franco’s sense of humor made the audience roll with laughter. The evening got its viewers glued to their seats with its fun filled performance as well as touchy emotional stories. Chris Golightly, who was one of the most promising contestants of the evening referred to himself as an “orphan” since he was brought up in various foster homes by foster parents. As a child of 6-year-old, he turned to music as a mode of release. Hope we will hear more stories as well as some good music in the coming episodes.
